A student team ‘SMART TEE’ of Electronics Engineering Department of J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad has won a cash prize of Rs. 2.5 lakh in the Youth Jalsa Project Competition in the International Conference on ‘Environmental Challenges and Solutions’.
The Conference was recently organized by Manav Rachna Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad in collaboration with Shiksha Sanskriti Uththan Nyas, New Delhi.
The two-member team of student Bharat Pant and Harsh Sharma, working on a green way of ambulance mentored by Ms. Rashmi Chawla, received the prize from Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal. It was an idea of pitching competition on Environmental Challenges and Solutions.
Apart from this, the ten-member student team of Electronics Engineering Department has also won 3rd prize in the competition and received a cash prize of Rs. 21000 from the Chief Minister.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dinesh Kumar has congratulated the students and faculty associated with the team for the achievement.
