An Expert Lecture on “MOSFET Fabrication and Modeling” was conducted in the Seminar Hall of Department of Electronics Engineering on 23-01-2017. The expert lecture was delivered by Dr. B. Prasad, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The expert discussed about the various fabrication techniques for MOS. The main emphasis of the speaker was on modelling of the MOS device and details were provided about the same by the expert. The student of B.Tech(ECE) and M.Tech.(VLSI Design) attended this lecture.
