The Human Resource Development Centre at J C Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA(HRDC, JCBoseUST(HRDC, JCBoseUST) is dedicated to promoting academic excellence and professional growth among faculty members and academic staff. The Centre aims to strengthen teaching, research, innovation, leadership, mentoring, and administrative capabilities through continuous professional development programmes, workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building initiatives.

The HRDC focuses on equipping educators and teacher mentors with modern pedagogical practices, research methodologies, interdisciplinary approaches, mentoring skills, and effective utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools in teaching and learning. The Centre also strives to create a dynamic academic environment that encourages innovation, lifelong learning, collaboration, quality enhancement, and holistic development in higher education.
