It gives me immense pleasure to present the Central Instrumentation Laboratory—an integrated facility designed to empower research, innovation, and interdisciplinary learning under one roof. The Laboratory stands as a testament to our institution’s continuous commitment to academic excellence, technological advancement, and societal impact. Modern scientific challenges require precise measurement, advanced characterization tools, and the ability to translate ideas into real-world solutions. The Central Instrumentation Lab provides this critical ecosystem. By housing state-of-the-art analytical, electrical, mechanical, biological, and materials characterization instruments, the CIL enables students, researchers, and faculty members to explore new frontiers with confidence and accuracy. I encourage students and researchers to fully utilize the capabilities of this laboratory—not just to complete experiments, but to ask new questions, challenge boundaries, and develop solutions that will contribute to national priorities such as sustainability, healthcare, clean energy, and technological self-reliance.
