About AICTE – VAANI
The AICTE-VAANI scheme (Vibrant Advocacy for Advancement and Nurturing of Indian Languages) is an initiative by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to promote the use of Indian languages in technical education. It provides financial assistance to institutions for organizing conferences, seminars, and workshops in regional languages.
The scheme aims to integrate Indian languages into technical education, broaden access to knowledge, and stimulate innovation by fostering collaboration between academia and industry.

Objective of the Workshop
The workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of smart city concepts and the evolving landscape of urban mobility, equipping them with insights into the shifting dynamics of mobility within urban settings.
Steps to Register
- Go to atalacademy.aicte.gov.in
- Sign up as a participant and fill in your details
- Navigate to FDPs → Select VAANI
- Choose Month → November
- Select Institute: J C BOSE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Application No: 2593711370)
- Register for the FDP titled: “Technological Innovations in Smart Cities and Intelligent Mobility”
- Upload the NOC and apply

Digital certificates will be issued to participants with minimum 80% attendance and 70% marks in the test.
