Message from Dean
Faculty of Informatics and Computing
With the commitment to provide quality education to its students, the Faculty of Informatics and Computing offers a range of UG/PG programmes in the disciplines of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Applications, and Multimedia & Animation. Besides this, more than 50 students are pursuing doctoral work in the faculty. A long association of the faculty members with the institution makes it a close-knit family wherein a learner-centric educational environment has evolved. This environment aspires to learn, explore, create, and invent through seminars, guest lectures, workshops, group discussions, projects, etc.
The faculty has an excellent placement record with more than 100 companies visiting the campus each year. We are proud of our large alumni base working in world-renowned organizations such as Google, Adobe, Microsoft, and Samsung.
In association with other departments and faculties of the university, the faculty offers a vital learner-centric environment that ensures holistic growth for its students.
