Anoop Ballaney, is a Mechanical Engineer of 1977-1981 batch from YMCAIE, with over 40 years of vast experience in the HVAC industry. Presently he is Co-owner of Cani Marketing Pvt Ltd. CANI represents international companies in India, which DO NOT have their own presence in India. Representing: • Price Industries Canada - VAV diffusers (Thermafluser) • Nihon Spindle, Malaysia - Cooling Towers • Fabric Air – Fabric Ducts He started his career with Utility Engineers. In 1984, he was part of the core team to set up the manufacturing facility for TRANE in India. Anoop moved to Toronto, Canada in 1989 and worked with M/s Nutemp Mechanical Systems Limited till he moved back to India in 1997. He is also active in the HVAC industry. He was the President of the Delhi chapter of ISHRAE in the year 2003; Regional Director (North) in 2004 & 2008; Treasurer, ISHRAE (National level) in the year 2006, Presently Vice President Elect (North) & Chair Refcold 2021.
