Dr. Neha Goyal is a distinguished academician, researcher, and professional with extensive expertise in the field of finance and management. She holds a Ph.D. from YMCA University of Science and Technology, where her research focused on "Priority Sector Lending Trends and Practices in Indian Commercial Banks Post Scenario 2000." Dr. Goyal has an MBA with a dual specialization in Finance and HR from Shri Atmanand Jain Institute of Management and Technology, Ambala, and has qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in her first attempt. Dr. Goyal’s academic journey began with her B.Com from Kurukshetra University, followed by a M.Com, MBA and PhD degree. She brings a wealth of experience, having worked in both corporate and academic settings. Her early career included roles with Sharekhan Ltd. and Mancer Consulting, where she contributed to financial management and consulting. Subsequently, she transitioned to academia, teaching at ICFAI National College and currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad. Her teaching covers a wide range of subjects, including Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, Economics for Engineers, and Corporate Finance. Dr. Goyal’s research contributions are notable, with over 20 research papers published in international journals and seven book chapters. She has presented research at numerous national and international conferences and is currently guiding Ph.D. candidates, along with MBA and BBA students in their research projects. Her research interests include employee engagement, financial literacy, behavioral finance, and the role of HRM in employee engagement. In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Goyal has actively participated in organizing workshops, FDPs, and conferences and has been instrumental in the development of various academic events at JCBUST. Her commitment to professional growth is reflected in the numerous workshops and FDPs she has attended, covering topics like research methodologies, data analysis, digital education, and AI for investments. With a career spanning over a decade, Dr. Goyal has made significant contributions to the academic community and continues to shape future leaders in the field of management and finance.
