Dr. Yogita Batra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at J C Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, Haryana, India. Her research interests focus on germanium-based thermoelectric devices. Her research group explores various aspects of thermoelectric device development encompassing materials synthesis, computational modeling, and fabrication techniques. During her postdoctoral research at Indian Institute of technology, Delhi and MESA+ Institute of nanotechnology, University of Twente, The Netherlands; she gained extensive experience in scanning probe microscopy, including Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Scanning Kelvin Probe Microscopy (SKPM), and Piezoresponse Force Microscopy (PFM). In addition to her research, she is a dedicated educator and an avid reader.
