Dr. Arti Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad. With over a decade of academic and research experience, she specializes in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behavior. She holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad and holds the distinction of being UGC NET and JRF qualified. Prior to her current role, Dr. Arti Gupta taught at NIT Delhi and worked as a Research Associate at IIM Lucknow. Since 2009, she has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students. Her research interests include Organisational Justice, Job Satisfaction, Employee Retention, Workplace Spirituality, Leadership, and more. She has published in reputed ABDC and SSCI-indexed journals and presented her work at several national and international conferences. Dr. Arti Gupta helps corporates and startups to build effective people strategies and conducts workshops on latest themes.
